Questions
- Who counts as a customer?
- Anyone who, in a month, wrote to you and got a reply, booked, signed or paid. Someone who uses several services counts once. Blocked spam does not count.
- What is an AI job?
- One thing the AI does for you: a chat it answers or translates, an appointment it moves, a document it fills or reads, a product page, a step in an automation. A recorded call counts one job every 30 minutes. Every job is listed in your dashboard.
- Does using several services cost more?
- No. A customer counts once, and the AI counts what it does, not the services it touches. A new service arrives included.
- And a very long chat?
- The AI answers up to 20 times, then hands the chat to your team. With long chats switched on it goes up to 40: past answer 20, the chat counts as two jobs.
- Can I avoid surprises on the invoice?
- Yes. Choose a monthly ceiling. We tell you at 80%; at the ceiling the AI hands its work to your team, and nothing stops.
